Update | March 24th, 2022

If you are reading this, then I am currently cycling somewhere on the West Coast between Vancouver and the end of the Baja Peninsula in Mexico. This bikepacking trip that should last between 3-4 months and over 5600 km (3500 miles), carrying everything I need with me on the bike. I’ll be writing about my experiences here if you are interested in following along.

My days are most likely being filled with morning sunrises and coffee, hours of riding my bike, and then setting up camp each night under the stars wherever I end up that day. I’m welcoming all the adventures that come my way, including the hardships. Doing this solo will be a hell of a journey, and I’m fortunate to have the time and health to do it now.

My 2-week experience bikepacking through Patagonia really turned me on to this lifestyle and way to travel, and I’m excited to spend the next few months on the bike. (I made a video about it here.)

Cheers to exploring this beautiful world and the chance encounters that come with getting out of my comfort zone.

With love,
Alexander
